POSITION OVERVIEW
Mirra Export Trading PLC is a growing meat export company specializing in the sourcing, processing, and export of high-quality chilled and frozen meat products to international markets.
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Banker & Financial Strategy Manager who will provide strategic financial leadership, strengthen banking relationships, guide investment decisions, and support the company's long-term growth and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support company growth.
• Advise management on financial planning, investments, and funding decisions.
• Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and banking developments.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and business analyses.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support cash-flow management and capital structure optimization.
• Provide strategic guidance for business expansion and profitability improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial analysis, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in export, trade, or agribusiness sectors is an advantage.
