The Chief Project Manager/Project Follow up, Coordination & Monitoring Division Manager at Gift Real Estate PLC will oversee and enhance project execution within the engineering sector. This full-time executive role focuses on leading project coordination, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The position is office-based in Addis Ababa and requires a strong emphasis on effective networking and creative problem-solving to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate cross-departmental teams to streamline project workflows and enhance communication.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and partners to foster collaboration.
Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Establish and enforce project management best practices and methodologies across the organization.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
Facilitate project meetings, ensuring all voices are heard and action items are addressed.
Utilize project management tools and software to track milestones and deliverables.
Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
