Lawyer ( part-time)
We are seeking a highly analytical and articulate
Lawyer
with a proven track record in legal counsel, strong contract negotiation skills, and the ability to mitigate organizational risk while managing complex litigation or corporate matters. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting enforceable legal frameworks, and defending the organization's or clients' interests across all legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on pharmaceutical, healthcare, and regulatory matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
Support product registration and regulatory approval processes.
Review marketing, advertising, and labeling materials for legal compliance.
Manage intellectual property and company legal assets.
Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on legal risks.
Handle disputes, litigation, and regulatory investigations.
Support corporate governance and policy development.
Conduct legal risk assessments and compliance training.

· Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited university.
· Licensed to practice law and admitted to the relevant Bar Association or Law Society.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification legal experience (or as required by the position level).
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or regulated industries is preferred.
