Position 1: IT & Digital Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Work Experience:

  • More than 6 years of professional experience in IT support and digital marketing.

Key Duties:

  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns through the website and social media channels.
  • Improve website functionality while ensuring cybersecurity best practices.
  • Analyze digital performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Work closely with team members to strengthen the organization's online presence and public engagement.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media management, and digital advertising.
  • Experience with website management tools and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Employment Type:

  • Part-Time

Position 2: Program Coordinator (Full-Time)

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • More than 6 years of relevant experience in program coordination or project management, preferably within the NGO or non-profit sector.

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate and supervise community development and charitable programs.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and oversee successful implementation.
  • Maintain close collaboration with partners, beneficiaries, volunteers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project activities, evaluate results, and prepare progress reports.
  • Ensure all projects comply with organizational policies and donor requirements.
