Omo Bank Job Vacancy 2026 – Senior & Managerial Positions

Omo Bank is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for several vacant positions at its Head Office and Sodo District. The available opportunities are mainly in innovation, product development, research, intelligence, and district management.

Available Positions

1. Senior Innovation & Product Development Officer

Educational Qualification:
MA or BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or a related field.

Experience:
4 years for MA holders or 5 years for BA holders in a relevant banking position.

Duty Station: Head Office

2. Senior Intelligence & Research Officer

Educational Qualification:
MA or BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:
4 years for MA holders or 5 years for BA holders in the banking industry.

Duty Station: Head Office

3. Manager – Research, Innovation & Product Development Division

Educational Qualification:
MA or BA Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or a related field.

Experience:
7 years for MA holders or 8 years for BA holders in relevant banking positions. At least 2 years of the experience must be in a managerial or supervisory role.

Duty Station: Head Office

4. District Manager III

Educational Qualification:
MA or BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or a related field.

Experience:
9 years for MA holders or 10 years for BA holders in relevant financial institution experience. At least 4 years should be in a supervisory position. Applicants should also have good knowledge of the local working environment.

Duty Station: Sodo District
