ZamZam Bank S.C Job Vacancy 2026 – Banking Positions

ZamZam Bank S.C is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for several vacant positions. As Ethiopia’s first fully licensed interest-free bank, ZamZam Bank is working to expand financial inclusion and provide Shari’ah-compliant banking services across the country.

Available Positions

1. Banking Business Officer I

Qualification:
BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or another business-related field.

Experience:
At least 1 year of branch banking experience, including a minimum of 6 months as a Junior Officer or equivalent.

Key Competencies:

  • Sales and marketing
  • Customer experience
  • Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) products
  • Problem identification and solution

Work Location: Shashemene and Dilla

2. Banking Business Officer II

Qualification:
BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related business field.

Experience:
At least 2.5 years of branch banking experience, including 1 year as a Banking Business Officer I.

  • Branch operations
  • Sales and marketing
  • Customer service
  • IFB product knowledge
  • Problem-solving skills

Work Location: Assosa-Bambasi

3. Branch Manager

Qualification:
BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or another business-related field.

Experience:
At least 5 years of banking operations experience, including 2 years as a Senior Officer, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent branch-level position.

Experience:
At least 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years working as an officer in treasury or fund management.

Work Location: Head Office
