Shayashone Trading (SYS) is inviting qualified and motivated fresh graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program in several fields.

Shayashone is an emerging Ethiopian company involved in agribusiness advisory and consultancy, manufacturing and distribution, social-impact product commercialization, and import and export activities. The company has also recently expanded into the education sector through a project implemented with a development organization.

Graduate Trainee Positions

The company is recruiting for the following trainee opportunities:

  1. Graduate Accountant – 5 positions
  2. Graduate Business Management – 5 positions
  3. Graduate Economist – 5 positions
  4. Graduate Supply Chain – 5 positions
  5. Graduate Human Resource Management – 5 positions
  6. Graduate Logistics Management – 5 positions

A total of 30 trainee positions are available.

General Requirements

  • Employment Type: Graduate/College Trainee Program
  • Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Exit Exam: Applicants must have passed the national exit examination.
  • Work Location: Various project sites in Addis Ababa
  • Salary: Based on the company's salary scale

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc) from a recognized university in the relevant field corresponding to the position they are applying for.

Minimum CGPA: 2.75
