International Cargo and Aviation Services PLC (ICAS) is inviting qualified and interested candidates to apply for a new employment opportunity. The company is looking for motivated individuals to join its team in the following position.

Position: Wheelchair Assistant / Passenger Assistant

Required Qualification

• Diploma, Level IV, or higher qualification in Clinical Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field from a recognized college or university.

Experience

• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of airport operations and terminal layout is an advantage.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to assist passengers with reduced mobility and safely operate wheelchairs.
• Good command of the English language is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Arabic or other foreign languages is considered an added advantage.
