Washington Healthcare Vacancy 2026

Washington Healthcare PLC (WH) is recruiting qualified professionals for six positions across procurement, project stores, biomedical engineering, pharmaceutical inventory, facility management, and non-medical inventory management.

1. Junior Procurement Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, a recognized health-related field, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, vendor evaluation, inventory, and supply chain fundamentals.
• Good negotiation, communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.

2. Project Store Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project or institutional environments.
• Knowledge of inventory and storekeeping procedures.
• Good record-keeping, organization, accuracy, and basic computer skills.

3. Biomedical Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Medical Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on biomedical/clinical engineering experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Experience with medical equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Professional registration/eligibility where applicable.
• Manufacturer training, equipment safety, and occupational health training are advantageous.

4. Pharmaceutical Inventory Management Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm).
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical inventory or hospital pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage standards, FEFO, expiry management, pharmacy inventory systems, and controlled-drug handling.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical inventory and distribution requirements.

5. Facility Management and Maintenance Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of facility management, maintenance management, or building operations experience.
• Healthcare facility experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of utilities, asset management, preventive maintenance, contractor supervision, and safety compliance.

6. Non-Medical Inventory Management Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of inventory or warehouse management experience.
• Healthcare or institutional experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, and ERP/inventory software.
