Nolawi Tour and Travel Vacancy 2026

Nolawi Tour and Travel is recruiting qualified candidates for multiple positions as it expands its tourism, travel, car rental, and hot-air-balloon operations in Ethiopia. Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply for suitable positions.

Available Positions

1. Marketer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience may apply.
  • Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are also encouraged.

2. Sales

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are encouraged.

3. Sales

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Ethiopian tourist destinations.
  • Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates may apply.

4. Ticketing Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Ticketing, or a related field.
  • IATA certification is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of GDS platforms such as Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre.
  • Strong understanding of airline ticketing policies, fares, and routing regulations.
  • Experience with airlines such as Emirates, Turkish Airlines, Flydubai, and EgyptAir is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates may apply.

5. Ride Driver

  • Must fulfill the required qualifications.
  • Applicants with at least 5 years of professional driving experience are particularly encouraged.

6. Hot Air Balloon Pilot

  • English/language proficiency at Level IV or above.
  • Relevant balloon pilot license/certification as required by the aviation authority.
  • Minimum 50 hours of flight experience.
  • Valid aviation medical certificate.

7. Ground Crew

  • Aviation diploma.
  • Valid aviation-related license/certificate.
  • Ability to safely assist with balloon launching, landing, passenger handling, and ground operations.

8. Chase Vehicle Driver

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Good knowledge of safe driving and vehicle handling during balloon operations.
  • Ability to work in changing field and weather conditions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hot-air-balloon chase vehicle or related operational driving services.

9. Safety and Quality Manager

  • Aviation diploma.
  • Safety Management System (SMS) training certificate.
  • Knowledge of aviation safety, risk management, and quality procedures.
  • Ability to monitor and maintain safety and operational standards.

10. Balloon Ground Technician

  • Aviation diploma.
  • Valid aviation-related license/certificate.
  • Technical knowledge of balloon equipment, ground systems, and operational safety.
  • Minimum 6 years of aviation industry experience.
