| The Visual Architect is responsible for producing high-quality architectural illustrations, 3D renders, and visual design assets for property developments, which are used to support marketing initiatives and sales presentations. The role focuses on transforming design concepts into compelling visual outputs that enhance project presentation, strengthen client engagement, and support business development objectives. | |
| Key responsibilities | |
| – Create high-quality 3D renderings, architectural visualizations, and design assets for residential and commercial developments. – Produce immersive interior and exterior hyper-realistic visualizations and digital walkthroughs for client and investor presentations. – Translate complex architectural drawings and technical plans into engaging, consumer-friendly visual content for marketing and sales materials. – Ensure visual outputs align with project requirements, design intent, and brand standards. – Revise and refine visualizations based on feedback from supervisors, clients, and project stakeholders. – Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to understand project briefs and visualization requirements. – Participate in creative reviews and contribute innovative design concepts informed by market and real estate design trends. – Organize, maintain, and archive completed visual assets and project files for future reference and reuse. – Maintain proficiency in industry-standard design and rendering software, including SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, and related visualization tools. – Perform software optimization and asset management activities to improve rendering efficiency, performance, and output quality. – Ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual quality across all rendering and design deliverables. – Stay informed on emerging visualization technologies, rendering techniques, and architectural design trends to continuously enhance output quality and innovation. | |
| Job Requirements | |
| Education | – BSc Degree in Architecture. |
| Experience | – 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, visualization, and project coordination. |
| Skills | – Excellent creative, artistic, and visual storytelling skills. – Ability to interpret architectural drawings, plans, and technical specifications accurately. – Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visual outputs. – Strong working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar visualization software. – Proficiency in architectural visualization, 3D modeling, rendering, and digital design techniques. |
