| The Content Lead is responsible for developing and driving the organization’s content strategy to support marketing, branding, sales, and corporate communication objectives. The role oversees the end-to-end content lifecycle from planning and creation to distribution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement ensuring that all content aligns with the company’s brand identity, business goals, and target audience needs. | |
| Key responsibilities | |
| – Brainstorm, develop, and pitch innovative marketing campaigns, integrated brand initiatives, and impactful PR activations that enhance brand visibility and engagement. – Generate creative concepts and audience-focused ideas that differentiate the brand and support business objectives. – Develop compelling campaign themes, storytelling approaches, and creative directions across multiple marketing channels. – Build comprehensive campaign concepts, defining creative direction, messaging frameworks, and audience engagement strategies. – Ensure campaign concepts align with brand objectives, target audience insights, and overall marketing strategies. – Write persuasive and high-converting advertising copy for Meta, Google, YouTube, traditional media, and other marketing channels. – Develop compelling headlines, taglines, campaign messages, and promotional content that drive engagement and lead generation. – Ensure all written content reflects the brand’s tone of voice and communication standards. – Conceptualize and develop engaging scripts for promotional videos, social media content, YouTube advertisements, corporate documentaries, and other multimedia productions. – Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels and marketing materials. – Oversee content planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets, copy, scripts, and marketing materials. – Monitor content pipelines and prioritize deliverables to meet campaign deadlines and business requirements. – Use insights and data to refine messaging, creative approaches, and content strategies. | |
| Job Requirements | |
| Education | – BA degree in Marketing, Journalism communications, and related fields – Certification in advertisement copywriting, communication strategy – BSc Degree in Architecture. |
| Experience | – 3–5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and digital content development. |
| Skills | – Attention to detail – Brand Management and Brand Voice Consistency. – Understanding of marketing funnel. – SEO Copywriting and Content Optimization. – Ability to write with a clear CTA. |
