Position 1: Utility & Equipment Operator

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related TVET/technical fields.

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial operations, equipment handling, or maintenance.
• Experience with industrial systems such as compressors, pumps, generators, HVAC, boilers, and electrical systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, cement, chemical, or similar industries is preferred.

Position 2: Laboratory Manager / Chief Chemist

Educational Qualification

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
• Additional postgraduate qualifications in quality or analytical chemistry are an advantage.

Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in laboratory work, quality control, R&D, or industrial testing.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong background in quality systems, product testing, and laboratory operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or construction materials industries is preferred.

Position 3: Quality Control Laboratory Technician

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Technology, or related fields.
• Additional training in lab techniques or quality control is an advantage.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in laboratory testing, quality assurance, or inspection roles.
• Experience in sample testing, data recording, and reporting.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is required.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.

Position 4: Procurement Officer

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in sourcing materials, supplier management, contract handling, and procurement planning.
• Knowledge of local and international procurement systems and import/export procedures is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.

Position 5: Store & Inventory Supervisor

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or BA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Warehouse Management.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Experience in stock control, material handling, and ERP systems.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.

Position 6: Maintenance Engineer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in industrial or production environments.
• Experience in machine installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CMMS and ERP systems is an advantage.

Position 7: Sales & Marketing Manager

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• MBA is an added advantage.

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in business development, customer relations, and revenue growth.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is preferred.

Position 8: Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative

Educational Qualification

• BSc in Civil, Chemical, or Construction Materials Engineering.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales or business development.
• Experience in industrial or construction-related products is preferred.
• Ability to prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and support clients technically.

Position 9: Customer Technical Support Engineer

Educational Qualification

• BSc in Civil, Chemical, or Construction Technology Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in technical support, quality control, or engineering roles.
• Experience in product testing, field inspections, and customer support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills are required.

Position 10: Health and Safety Officer

Educational Qualification

• BSc in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in HSE or safety management roles.
• Experience in industrial or construction environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident management is required.
