Requirements

Position 2: Software Engineer – Fintech Operations

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of networking and Unix/Linux system administration.
• Software development experience using technologies such as Java, Python, and AngularJS.
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Operations and Agile methodologies.
• Scrum certification is an advantage.
• Good database administration and management skills.
• AWS, GCP, or Kubernetes certifications are desirable.

Position 3: Software Engineer – Fintech Digital Channels

Requirements

• Strong experience with Kotlin, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Flutter.
• Experience developing Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Knowledge of MVVM/MVP architecture and Android Jetpack components such as Jetpack Compose, LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, and Room Database.
• Experience with Firebase services, APIs, Retrofit, and JSON.
• Knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform, Hilt/Dagger, and JUnit.
• Understanding of security technologies such as OAuth, JWT, and encryption.
• Experience with Google Play Console and mobile application release processes.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• At least 1 year of professional coding experience outside university.
• Strong Java skills and experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JEE, Maven, and Spring Cloud.
• Knowledge of C# or Golang is an advantage.
• Experience with APIs, web services, message queues, and system integration.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, testing, and CI/CD tools is desirable.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, REST/SOAP APIs, Swagger, SonarQube, and JUnit is an advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, Engineering, Technology, Customer Experience, or a related discipline. A relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in customer operations, service delivery, or a related area.
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in complex and large-scale operations.
• Experience managing areas such as contact centers, retail services, digital care, back-office operations, mobile financial services, or enterprise service management.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation involving people, processes, technology, automation, and outsourced partners.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications and mobile financial services.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, workforce capacity, and service performance.
• Excellent knowledge of CRM, omnichannel services, workforce management, quality assurance, analytics, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in service or customer management, particularly with major corporate clients.
• Strong commercial understanding and knowledge of technology products and services.
• IT certifications such as ITIL Foundation, MCP/MCSE, or CCNA are an advantage.
• Good command of English and the relevant local language.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Position 7: Developer – Oracle Cloud ERP (HCM)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, HR Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise applications or HCM technology.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification is required in one or more relevant modules.
• Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent API/integration certification is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture, including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, SQL, and PL/SQL.

Requirements

• PMP certification or a similar qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in telecom network rollout, technology infrastructure, telecom power solutions, or related projects.
• Strong understanding of telecom power and network components.
• Knowledge of power and TI connection procedures, permits, and telecom infrastructure integration.
• Familiarity with electrical safety requirements for telecom site deployments.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and data-analysis tools.
