Available Positions
1️⃣ Assistant Teacher – Early Years
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in preschool or early childhood teaching. Skills: Patient, team‑oriented, fluent in English & Amharic. Montessori and Cambridge Early Years experience is an advantage.
2️⃣ Caregiver (Infant & Toddler Care)
Qualification: Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care or related fields (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 2 years caring for infants and toddlers. Skills: Patient, nurturing, reliable, with knowledge of child development and safety. Ability to care for children aged 6 months to 3 years.
3️⃣ Main Teacher – Cambridge Early Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant teaching experience. Skills: Experience in Cambridge Early Years teaching, strong classroom management, and ability to lead play‑based learning activities.
4️⃣ Special Needs Psychologist
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with children with special needs. Skills: Experience in Speech Therapy, ABA, Occupational Therapy, and Feeding Therapy preferred. Compassionate and skilled in supporting diverse developmental needs.
