Sales Representative
The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and expanding an assigned territory to support sales growth for the HEINEKEN breweries portfolio . The role involves outlet relationship management, sales execution, outlet expansion, and the use of digital tools to support customer engagement and satisfaction.
Education
BSc or BA Degree.
Experience
0–3 years of relevant experience . Experience in the FMCG sector is an added advantage.
Language Requirement
Speaking the language of the base town is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will:
Manage master data and oversee horizontal expansion. Implement PICOS strategies and drive sales orders. Manage forward stock and promote essential SKUs while ensuring FIFO stock movement. Collaborate with service providers to improve performance. Increase HEINEKEN breweries' point-of-sale presence by prospecting for new outlets. Prepare commercial propositions for new outlets. Follow the weekly outlet visit plan defined by the line manager. Ensure scheduled outlets are visited and complete other assigned tasks.
