About the Internship
The internship provides an opportunity to contribute to ECA's work in diversity, equity, and inclusion , particularly in relation to outreach strategies and inclusive recruitment practices.
The internship is also intended to provide exposure to finance and administrative support services and the use of digital tools, automation, and process-improvement approaches.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the applicable requirements below.
Education
Applicants must meet at least one of the following conditions:
Be a student in the final year of a first university degree (Bachelor's or equivalent). Be enrolled in a Master's or PhD programme or equivalent. Have completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD programme. Have a field of study closely related to the internship.
Applicants who meet the relevant educational requirement may be required to provide supporting documentation and an official certificate at a later stage of the recruitment process.
Relevant Fields of Study
Applicants should be pursuing or have completed studies in areas such as:
Administration Business Administration Finance Accounting Information Systems Data Management Public Administration Other fields related to administrative and finance support services
Applicants should explain their field of study and its relevance to the internship.
Digital Skills and Experience
Applicants should demonstrate an interest in digital tools, automation, or process improvement through academic coursework, university projects, personal learning, or other relevant experiences.
Exposure to digital tools such as the following is desirable:
Microsoft Excel Microsoft Forms SharePoint Power Automate Power BI Dashboards Trackers Similar digital tools
Applicants should provide examples of relevant coursework, projects, volunteer activities, or other experiences involving these tools.
