Position 1: Internal Controller
Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience: 2 years of general work experience, including 1 year as a Junior Officer or equivalent role in the banking sector.
Employment Type: Permanent after probation
Salary & Grade: As per the bank’s scale, Job Grade VIII

Position 2: Customer Relationship Officer
Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 2 years of overall experience, including 1 year as a Junior Officer or similar role in banking.

Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I
Qualification: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related areas.
Experience: 3 years of general experience, including 1 year as an Internal Controller, CSO, CRO, or equivalent banking position.
Employment Type: Permanent after probation
Salary & Grade: As per the bank’s scale, Job Grade IX

Position 5: Manager, Banking Operation Management
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 3/4 years of general experience, with at least 1 year as Senior Internal Controller I, SCSO–Cash I, or related banking role.
Employment Type: Permanent after probation
Salary & Grade: As per the bank’s scale, Job Grade X
Position 6: Branch Manager
Qualification: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience: 4/5 years in the banking industry, including 1 year as Manager of Banking Operations Management I, Customer Service Manager I, or equivalent role.
Salary & Grade: As per the bank’s scale, Job Grade XI
