Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale.
Place of Work: Bati
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.
