Kadisco Paint & Adhesive Industry S.C., formerly known as Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC, is a privately owned company based in Akaki Kality Industrial Zone, Addis Ababa. Established in the late 1960s as a small automotive parts dealership, Kadisco has grown into a leading manufacturer of paints, lacquers, and adhesives for construction, industrial, automotive, wood, and leather sectors, serving Ethiopia’s expanding industrial and construction markets.

Positions Available:

1. Executive 2 – Human Resources
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience; factory experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office; HR system familiarity is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

2. Senior Accountant
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field; additional finance certification preferred.
• At least 7 years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting or corporate finance.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
