Freight in Time (FiT) Limited is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to join its expanding logistics and freight forwarding operations. As one of Ethiopia's leading providers of integrated logistics, customs clearance, and freight forwarding services, the company is recruiting talented individuals for the following positions in Addis Ababa.

Position 1: Senior Sea Freight Operation Officer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 4–5 years of proven experience in sea freight forwarding operations within a professional logistics company.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor international sea import and export shipments.
• Manage shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, manifests, sea waybills, and delivery orders.
• Negotiate freight rates and secure vessel space with shipping lines.
• Work closely with customs brokers and dry ports to minimize demurrage costs.
• Provide timely shipment updates and resolve operational issues for clients.

Position 2: Senior Air Freight Operation Officer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Engineering, Aviation Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 4–5 years of direct experience in air freight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate airline cargo bookings and cargo handling.
• Prepare and manage House and Master Air Waybills.
• Ensure compliance with IATA cargo regulations.
• Process customs documentation and dangerous goods requirements.
• Utilize digital cargo tracking and booking systems.

Position 3: Senior Customs Assessor Officer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Fiscal Accounting, Business Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience as a Customs Assessor or Customs Declarant within a freight forwarding company.

Key Responsibilities

• Classify products using Harmonized System (HS) Codes.
• Conduct customs valuation and electronic declarations.
• Process import and export documentation through eCMS and Single Window systems.
• Handle customs compliance and regulatory documentation.
• Represent the company during customs valuation and classification reviews.

Position 4: Senior Sea Freight Transistor

Educational Qualification

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Transport Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of field experience in sea freight terminal and customs clearance operations.

Preferred Skills

• Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding certification is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of port operations and container handling procedures.

Position 5: Senior Air Freight Transistor

Educational Qualification

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Logistics, Commercial Operations, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in airport cargo terminal operations.

Preferred Skills

• Customs Clearance Certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of airport cargo handling, customs procedures, and storage management.

Position 6: Senior Sales & Marketing Officer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, International Trade, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 4–5 years of proven B2B sales and marketing experience with a strong record of achieving sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consultative selling and contract negotiation.
• Strong client relationship management and CRM software skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development abilities.
