Role description
Oversee the recording, tagging, and tracking of all company assets, ensuring the fixed asset register is up to date.
Coordinate periodic physical asset verification and inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure the proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, equipment, and supplies using stock management systems.
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and prepare timely replenishment requests.
Ensure strict adherence to inventory valuation principles (e.g., FIFO, LIFO) and ensure all transactions (GRNs, SIVs) are flawlessly documented..
· Prepare detailed daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on stock movements, asset conditions, and property operations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (BA) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Management.
Experience:
6 years of progressive work experience in property management, warehouse/store management, or equivalent roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and computerized Property Management or Inventory Management software
