About the Role
AeTrade Ethiopia Office is seeking a qualified and experienced Training Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training and capacity-building programs across Ethiopia.
The successful candidate will manage initiatives targeting entrepreneurs, SMEs, youth, women-led businesses, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective program implementation and impact. This is a key role within the Capacity Building and Enterprise Development function of AeTrade Ethiopia Office.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver training and capacity-building programs for MSMEs and other stakeholders.
Develop training materials, curricula, manuals, and digital learning content for both in-person and online delivery
Manage e-learning platforms, learner enrollment, progress tracking, and online training activities.
Coordinate trainers, consultants, and facilitators while ensuring training quality and effectiveness.
Oversee training logistics, administration, participant communication, and certification processes.
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, maintain records, and prepare reports.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to strengthen training programs and support continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, Instructional Design, Development Studies, IT, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, instructional design, or capacity building
Proven experience in training design, facilitation, e-learning/LMS management, and training evaluation
Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of MSME development and trainer certification are added advantages.
