Position 1: Senior Human Capital Officer

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.

Experience

Applicants should meet one of the following requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as a Human Capital Officer II or an equivalent position, or 6 years of relevant banking experience; or
  • 2 years of experience as a Senior Human Capital Officer or an equivalent position, or 7 years of relevant banking experience.

Salary: As per the Bank's salary scale
Duty Station: Head Office

Position 2: Branch Manager Grade C

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Management, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Grade D Branch Manager or an equivalent position, or 9 years of relevant banking experience.

Salary: As per the Bank's salary scale
Duty Station: Furi Branch (West Addis Ababa District)

Position 3: Head, Non-Funded Financing Portfolio Section

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Management, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years as a Senior Non-Funded Business Officer or an equivalent position, or 9 years of relevant banking experience.

Salary: As per the Bank's salary scale
Duty Station: Head Office

Position 4: Head, Building Maintenance Section

Educational Qualification

  • BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

Applicants should meet one of the following requirements:

  • 4 years as a Senior Building Maintenance Engineer or an equivalent position, or 9 years of relevant banking experience; or
  • 2 years as Head of Building Maintenance Section or an equivalent position, or 10 years of relevant banking experience.

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 5: Manager, Management Information System Division

Educational Qualification

  • MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

For MSc holders:

  • 2 years as Head of Management Information System Section or an equivalent position, or 7 years of relevant banking experience.

For BSc holders:

  • 3 years as Head of Management Information System Section or an equivalent position, or 11 years of relevant banking experience.
