Commercial Nominees PLC invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following position:

Position: Security Service Supervisor

Employment Type: Contract

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Military Science, Policing, or a related field.
• Completion of Military or Police Officers’ Training is mandatory.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in security, military, or policing services.

Required Competencies

• Sound knowledge of military science principles, procedures, and practices.
• Experience in the operation and proper use of security equipment and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively supervise and coordinate security operations.

Additional Requirements

• Applicants must provide a copy of their Grade 8 Certificate.
• Candidates with experience gained from non-governmental organizations (NGOs) must submit proof of employment tax payment.
• Applicants must not be older than 57 years of age.
• Minimum rank requirements:
  • Military Personnel: Lieutenant (መቶ አለቃ) or above.
  • Police Personnel: Vice Inspector or above.
