Mohas Trading PLC, in collaboration with Dr. Plus and a partner non-governmental organization (NGO), is inviting eligible female healthcare professionals to participate in a special program that provides free medical equipment and personal development training.

This initiative is designed to support women working in the healthcare sector by improving access to essential clinical tools while enhancing their professional and leadership skills.

Program: Free Medical Equipment Donation for Female Healthcare Professionals

  • Program Type: Contractual Program Opportunity
  • Number of Beneficiaries: 1,000 Female Healthcare Professionals
  • Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Program Benefits: Free medical equipment package and one-day personal development training.

Eligibility Requirements

Applications are open to female healthcare professionals in the following fields:

  • Medical Doctors (MDs/General Practitioners)
  • Registered Nurses
  • Health Officers
  • Midwifery Professionals

Education

Applicants must hold the required professional qualification in one of the eligible healthcare disciplines.

Experience

  • 0–1 year of experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous work experience is not required.

Selected participants may receive the following items:

  • Blood Pressure Cuff
  • Pulse Oximeter
  • Glucometer
  • Thermometer
  • Pen Light
  • White Coat
  • Medical Equipment Carrying Bag

Personal Development Training

All selected participants are required to attend a one-day Personal Development Training covering topics such as:

  • Professional growth
  • Leadership skills
  • Effective communication
  • Workplace productivity
  • Career development

Participation in this training is a mandatory part of the program.

Key Responsibilities

Successful applicants will be expected to:

  • Complete the registration process accurately.
  • Submit all required information for eligibility verification.
  • Maintain communication throughout the selection process.
  • Attend the mandatory personal development training.
  • Collect the donated medical equipment during the scheduled distribution period.
  • Use the equipment responsibly to support healthcare service delivery.
