Akoya Real Property is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Sales Supervisor. The company is seeking a results-driven individual with strong leadership abilities and a passion for real estate sales to join its growing team in Addis Ababa.

Position: Sales Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM software, sales management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to improve sales results.
• Support team development through coaching and performance monitoring.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
