Position 1: Junior Secretary

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong office administration and organizational abilities.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Professional attitude and customer service skills.

Salary: As per the company salary scale.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Secretary

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong office management capabilities.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Professional work ethic and interpersonal skills.

Salary: As per the company salary scale.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Grade 3 Branch Manager

Qualifications

  • BA/BSc or MA/MSc Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • 7–8 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
  • At least 2 years as a Grade 4 City Branch Manager or Grade 3 Upcountry Branch Manager.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Marketing and business development skills.
  • Leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • CII certification is an added advantage.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Grade 4 Branch Manager

Qualifications

  • BA/BSc Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant insurance experience.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role or 3 years as a Senior Officer.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of insurance operations and services.
  • Strong marketing and customer relationship skills.
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • CII certification will be considered an advantage.

Salary: As per the company salary scale.
