Position: Sales Director
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline is considered an added advantage.
- Professional certifications in Sales Management, Commercial Strategy, or Real Estate are desirable.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience.
- At least 4 years in a senior management or sales leadership role.
- Previous experience in the real estate, commercial property, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building, leading, and developing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve company targets.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
