Position: Field Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, or another related field.

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree Holders: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an NGO environment.
• Master's Degree Holders: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of both Amharic and English, spoken and written.
• Development-oriented mindset with a commitment to community impact.
• Excellent coordination, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work as part of a team.

Duty Station

Moyale, Oromia Region, with frequent travel to People In Need (PIN) project sites in different regions as required.
