• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Cost Control Engineer will assist in monitoring project costs and productivity while ensuring adherence to company cost management standards. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing accurate and timely cost and productivity reports.
• Developing productivity evaluation reports based on established company productivity benchmarks.
• Producing loss analysis reports covering material consumption, labor utilization, and equipment performance.
• Identifying cost-related risks and preparing mitigation recommendations.
• Conducting market research and assessments to support cost estimation and decision-making processes.
• Ensuring compliance with the organization's cost control policies, procedures, and guidelines.
