Lyte Investment PLC is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the following positions based in Addis Ababa.

Position 1: Administrative Assistant and HR Officer

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resources, administration, or office management.
  • Good understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and HR policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and professional conduct.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Position 2: HR Manager

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Prior experience in the construction, engineering, or real estate industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing large and diverse workforces, including field and site-based employees.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
