Position 1: Liaison Officer (ጉዳይ አስፈፃሚ)
Qualification
- Diploma in Management or a related field.
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Additional Requirement
- A valid motorcycle driving license is an advantage.
Position 2: Cleaner & Messenger
Qualification
- Minimum Grade 8 completed.
Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Position 3: Executive Secretary
Qualification
- College Diploma or BA Degree in Secretarial Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 6 years of experience for Diploma holders.
- 4 years of experience for BA Degree holders.
Position 4: Senior Internal Audit Officer
Qualification
- Diploma, BA, or MA Degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
Experience
- Diploma: 6 years
- BA Degree: 4 years
- MA Degree: 2 years
Additional Requirement
- Proven experience in audit report preparation is mandatory.
Position 5: Senior Marketing & Business Development Officer
Qualification
- BA or MA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
- BA Degree: 6 years
- MA Degree: 4 years
Applicants should have relevant experience in microfinance institutions, banks, or similar financial organizations.
Position 6: Risk & Compliance Division Manager
Qualification
- BA or MA Degree in Accounting, Law, or related fields.

Position 7: MIS Division Manager
