Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase business growth.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and brand awareness activities.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
