Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:
  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Sales Management
  • Related fields

Experience

• 0–1 year of relevant work experience
• Internship or university fieldwork in sales or marketing is an advantage
• Passion for sales and willingness to learn the FMCG and distribution industry

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fluency in Amharic and working knowledge of English
• Strong interest in developing a long-term career in sales
