Position: Program Intern

Required Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Hold, or currently be pursuing, a Master's Degree in:
  • Development Studies
  • Economics
  • Statistics
  • Public Health
  • Education
  • Social Sciences
  • Or another closely related field.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Interest or academic exposure to research, program implementation, or monitoring and evaluation (MEL).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with statistical software such as Stata, SPSS, or R is an advantage.
• Experience with data collection platforms such as ODK or SurveyCTO is desirable.
• Strong English writing and editing skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Amharic is required. Knowledge of additional Ethiopian languages is an added advantage.
