SHOBOLE Electromechanical is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the following positions.

Position 1: Marketing Manager

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Knowledge of the engineering, construction, or manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3–6 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in B2B, industrial, engineering, or construction sectors is highly preferred.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing channels and corporate branding initiatives.
  • Strong networking, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Amharic and English.
  • Ability to simplify technical engineering concepts into engaging marketing content.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, content development tools, and CRM/ERP platforms such as Odoo is an advantage.

Position 2: ICT & MIS Officer (Odoo ERP Specialist)

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • At least 1–2 years of practical experience administering and maintaining an Odoo ERP environment. Experience with Odoo Studio or functional configuration is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Odoo module integration, including Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Bill of Materials (BOM) workflows.
  • Basic Linux/Ubuntu server administration for Odoo hosting is an added advantage.
  • Strong networking knowledge, including routing, internet troubleshooting, and Wi-Fi access point configuration.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to train and support non-technical users on Odoo ERP.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in Amharic and English.
