Kifiya Financial Technologies is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for two HR positions in Addis Ababa. The available roles are HR Business Partner and Manager, Compensation and People Analytics.

Position 1: HR Business Partner

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in HR, Management, or Organizational Development is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

• 4.5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR business partnering or generalist role.
• Experience supporting managers and teams in dynamic, rapidly growing organizations.
• Exposure to technology, operations, or project-based environments is an advantage.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience

• 7–12 years of experience in compensation, payroll, or HR analytics.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Practical experience with ERP/HRIS systems is required.
