Aser Construction PLC is inviting qualified and experienced applicants to apply for multiple positions in Addis Ababa and project locations. The vacancies cover construction, engineering, procurement, finance, administration, mechanics, electrical work, real estate, and other professional areas.

Available Positions

1. Trainer and Examiner of Operator and Driver

• Education: BSc or higher in General Mechanics, Auto Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a driver, heavy-equipment operator, trainer, or examiner.

2. Local Purchase Section Head

• Education: BA in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years, including at least 5 years of direct construction-industry experience.

3. Insurance Division Head

• Education: BA in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A law degree with insurance specialization is an advantage.
• Experience: 10+ years, including at least 5 years of direct construction-industry experience.

4. Procurement Officer

• Education: BA in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, ICT, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 years of direct experience in construction companies.

5. Senior Office Engineer – Real Estate

• Education: BA in Civil Engineering, Construction and Technology Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years in a real-estate construction company.

6. Transistor

• Education: BA in Management, Accounting, or Economics.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in import-related work.

7. Accountant

• Education: BA in Accounting.
• Experience: 3–5 years of finance experience as a general accountant.

8. Senior Accountant

• Education: BA in Accounting.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in a construction company.

9. Senior Secretary

• Education: BA in Secretarial Science & Office Management or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of direct experience in an import or construction company.

10. Concrete Pump Operator and Driver

• Education: Grade 8 or above.
• Requirement: Valid driver's license.
• Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience.

11. Senior Mechanic

• Education: Level III or above in General Mechanics, Auto Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years.

12. Senior Industrial Electrician

• Education: Level III or above in Electricity or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in a construction company.

13. Public Relations Officer

• Education: BA in Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years.
• Additional Requirement: Video editing and photography experience is mandatory.

14. Senior Office Engineer – Plant and Production

• Education: BA in Civil Engineering, Construction and Technology Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 6–8 years in plant, HCB, and tile production/construction environments.

15. Building and Real Estate Department Manager

• Education: BA in Civil Engineering, Construction and Technology Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of managerial experience in real estate, including at least 5 years of direct real-estate industry experience.

16. Project Secretary

• Education: BA in Secretarial Science & Office Management or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in a construction company.
