Reach for Change

Position: Consultant – Capacity Building, Coaching, and Advisory Support for Green Innovation Lab Entrepreneurs

About the Organization:
Reach for Change (RFC) is a global non-profit organization headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with operations in 11 countries, including Ethiopia. Registered in Ethiopia in 2015, RFC supports local social entrepreneurs to create sustainable change, with a focus on green innovation and sustainability.

Work Location: Addis Ababa
Duration: December 1, 2024 – February 28, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct group meetings and outline scope, methodology, and plans.
  • Provide 6 sessions of coaching and advisory support for each program participant.
  • Submit detailed work plans and reports, including recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting green startups at the early or idea stage.
  • Sector knowledge in waste management and circular economy is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Amharic.
