Job Summary:
The Customer Service Manager I will play a pivotal role in supporting the Branch Manager by coordinating the activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officers (Cash/Accounts) within the branch.
The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, delivering exemplary customer service, and contributing to the Bank’s growth by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
Academic Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Accounting, Management, Economics, or Business Administration.
Experience:
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience in banking operations.

Technical Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of financial products and services.
- Proficiency in modern service delivery practices within medium to large banking institutions.
- Strong knowledge of banking policies, processes, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Project management skills.
