We are looking for qualified candidates to join our team in Harar for the following positions:

1. Project Officer, Livelihood

About the Role:
As a Livelihood Officer, you will plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate livelihood-related project activities, ensuring compliance with donor requirements. You will also collaborate with partners and stakeholders to deliver integrated, need-based services to project beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed annual and quarterly livelihood project plans.
• Actively engage women and girls in vulnerable positions in project activities.
• Prepare and submit high-quality progress reports in line with donor and government requirements.
• Ensure efficient utilization of the project budget and meet planned targets.
• Supervise day-to-day livelihood activities and participate in beneficiary selection.

Qualifications:

• Education: BA/MA in Livelihoods, Development Studies, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years in livelihood projects or similar roles.
• Skills: Strong project management experience.

2. Project Officer, Gender Inclusion

About the Role:
The Gender Inclusion Officer will integrate gender and disability mainstreaming into project activities and ensure compliance with donor requirements.

• Comply with traffic laws and ensure passenger safety.

Qualifications:
