Position: Junior Physiotherapist

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's (B.Sc.) degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
• No prior work experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients according to established professional standards and practice guidelines under the supervision of the Branch Manager or Senior Physiotherapist.
• Develop individualized and comprehensive treatment plans for patients with various physical conditions, subject to review and approval by the supervising physiotherapist.
• Design and implement personalized therapeutic exercise programs.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress by assessing improvements in pain, stiffness, mobility, and overall physical function.
• Refer patients to appropriate medical specialists when additional treatments, medications, or surgical interventions are needed.
• Recommend suitable rehabilitation tools and equipment to support patients' exercise and recovery programs.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and communicate patient progress effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of therapy services.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate professionally and submit daily progress reports to the Branch Manager.
