Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer (Fresh Graduates)

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Applicants must be 2024 or 2025 G.C. graduates.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

Experience

  • No prior work experience is required.

Additional Requirements

  • Maximum age: 30 years
  • Exit Exam result is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and disburse cash transactions.
  • Validate payment instruments and banking documents.
  • Process DRS incoming and outgoing transfers.
  • Exchange cash denominations and record transactions.
  • Provide quality customer service and perform other assigned duties.

Duty Station: Shewa Robit

Position 2: Branch Manager Grade C

Educational Qualification

  • MA/MBA or BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.

Experience

For MA/MBA Holders

  • 6.5 years of banking experience (Male)
  • 5.5 years of banking experience (Female)

For BA Holders

  • 8.5 years of banking experience (Male)
  • 7.5 years of banking experience (Female)

Applicants must also have:

  • At least 2 years as Customer Service Manager Grade B, or
  • 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall branch operations.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
  • Prepare and implement annual operational plans.
  • Monitor branch performance and compliance with bank policies.
  • Manage branch resources efficiently.

Duty Station: Mettu Branch

Position 3: Administrative Assistant

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma, 10+3, Level III or above in Secretarial Science and Office Management or a related field.
  • COC Certification is mandatory.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare letters, reports, minutes, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office records and filing systems.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and messages.
  • Organize office documents and administrative records.
  • Perform general secretarial and administrative duties.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 4: SME Credit Analyst

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3.5 years of banking experience.
  • At least 1 year in a relevant officer position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preliminary reviews of SME loan applications.
  • Verify financial documents and applicant information.
  • Support credit analysis and appraisal activities.
  • Participate in client site visits.
  • Coordinate with branches during the loan evaluation process.
  • Maintain credit records and prepare reports.
