Position 1: Branch Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in banking operations.
- IFB (Interest-Free Banking) Training Certification is an added advantage.

Position 2: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- At least four (4) years of relevant banking experience.
- IFB Training Certification is advantageous.

- Ability to perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of banking experience.
- IFB Training Certification is considered an advantage.

Position 4: Customer Service Officer II
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Two (2) years of banking operations experience.
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an advantage.

Qualifications and Experience
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience for Master's degree holders or eight (8) years for Bachelor's degree holders.
- At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- IFB Training Certification is an advantage.

Position 6: Director, Strategy & Transformation
Qualifications and Experience
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience for Master's degree holders or twelve (12) years for Bachelor's degree holders.
- At least four (4) years of managerial experience in Strategy, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Branch Operations.
- IFB Training Certification is mandatory.
