Hijra Bank S.C – External Vacancy Announcement

Hijra Bank S.C is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill multiple positions at its branches and Head Office.

Position 1: Branch Manager

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in banking operations.
  • IFB (Interest-Free Banking) Training Certification is an added advantage.

Position 2: Branch Operation Supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least four (4) years of relevant banking experience.
  • IFB Training Certification is advantageous.

  • Ability to perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of banking experience.
  • IFB Training Certification is considered an advantage.

  • Treasury and cash management

Position 4: Customer Service Officer II

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Two (2) years of banking operations experience.
  • Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an advantage.

Position 5: Manager, Planning & Result Management

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience for Master's degree holders or eight (8) years for Bachelor's degree holders.
  • At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  • IFB Training Certification is an advantage.

Position 6: Director, Strategy & Transformation

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience for Master's degree holders or twelve (12) years for Bachelor's degree holders.
  • At least four (4) years of managerial experience in Strategy, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Branch Operations.
  • IFB Training Certification is mandatory.
