1️⃣ Senior Human Capital Officer – Head Office
Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management or Management. Experience: 3 years as Human Capital Officer II or equivalent, OR 6 years relevant experience in the banking industry, OR 2 years as Senior Human Capital Officer or equivalent, OR 7 years relevant experience.
2️⃣ Branch Manager Grade C – Furi Branch (West Addis Ababa District)
Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting. Experience: 2 years as Manager, Grade D Branch or equivalent, OR 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry.
3️⃣ Head, Non‑Funded Financing Portfolio Section – Head Office
Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting. Experience: 4 years as Senior Non‑Funded Business Officer or equivalent, OR 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry.
4️⃣ Head, Building Maintenance Section – Head Office
Qualification: BSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology Management. Experience: 4 years as Senior Building Maintenance Engineer or equivalent, OR 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry, OR 2 years as Head, Building Maintenance Section or equivalent, OR 10 years relevant experience.
5️⃣ Manager, Management Information System Division – Head Office
Qualification: MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience: For MSc: 2 years as Head, MIS Section or equivalent, OR 7 years relevant experience. For BSc: 3 years as Head, MIS Section or equivalent, OR 11 years relevant experience in the banking industry.
