Position: Finance and Administration Officer

Required Qualification and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: Proven background in finance, administration, or HR management—experience in the textile or garment sector is an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Sound understanding of financial regulations, HR policies, and Ethiopian labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and vendor payments.
Maintain accurate financial records, including bank accounts and general ledger entries.
Collaborate with external auditors and accountants during audits and financial reviews.
Support budget planning, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
Office Administration:
Manage daily administrative operations, including office supplies, logistics, and facility upkeep.
Ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
Human Resource Support:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR and labor regulations.
Support employee relations, performance, and engagement initiatives.
Assist managers in staff training and development activities.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial, HR, and administrative documents, contracts, and policies.
Produce periodic reports on key financial and HR performance indicators for management review.
