Position 1: Junior Accountant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certifications are an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates (0 years of experience) are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Position 2: Archive Officer

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Records Management, Management, Secretarial Science, Library Science, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in records or document management is advantageous.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.

Required Skills

• Filing and document management.
• Record-keeping and paperwork management.

Position 3: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Secretary, or Executive Office Coordinator.
• Demonstrated experience in calendar management, executive correspondence, meeting coordination, and preparing board documents, executive reports, and meeting minutes.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Amharic.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience supporting senior executives is highly preferred.
