Educational Qualification

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Master's Degree Holders: Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree Holders: Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience.

Applicants must also have:

• At least 4 years of managerial experience in branch operations or a related banking function.
• Interest-Free Banking (IFB) Certification is mandatory.
