Position: Customer Service Representative

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, or another related field.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Experience handling customer accounts, inquiries, and complaints is an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Amharic.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Good organizational and administrative abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting or contacting the medical center.
  • Welcome, register, and guide clients while providing accurate information in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and email inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Process payments and prepare invoices.
  • Provide administrative support and ensure client-related documentation is completed accurately and on time.
