Position: Customer Service Representative
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, or another related field.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
- Experience handling customer accounts, inquiries, and complaints is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Amharic.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Good organizational and administrative abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting or contacting the medical center.
- Welcome, register, and guide clients while providing accurate information in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls and email inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Process payments and prepare invoices.
- Provide administrative support and ensure client-related documentation is completed accurately and on time.
